Alfa is looking for a Technical Administrator (12 month fixed term contract) to provide technical administrative support and coordination to the technical operations team.

Work with the team to coordinate and monitor a variety of activities ranging from stock management and procurement, project data monitoring to assisting with the preparation and monitoring of the technical operations budget.

will include:

• Procurement of technical equipment and software as requested by the Technical Operations team.
• Management, coordination and improvement of the goods inwards process.
• Maintain IT consumables stock and replenishment
• Manage any delivery or invoice queries with suppliers
• Attend supplier review meetings
• Maintaining office desk equipment and sme installation work (May involve some overseas travel)
• Maintaining desk equipment inventory
• The provision of laptops across the company
• Maintaining the lifecycle, recycling and disposal of IT assets
• Maintaining and updating the asset register
• Managing Tech Operations documentation
• Assist the head of Technical Operations in the preparation and ongoing management of the operational budget
