As a Technical Account Manager, SLED you’ll be responsible for planning and executing strategies that drive customer adoption and use of the Wiz platform across State and Local agencies, and Universities.
Your cloud and security industry expertise will allow you to provide impactful guidance to customers throughout their Wiz onboarding and operationalization journey.
You will serve as the bridge between customers and the broader Wiz team – you'll streamline collaboration between Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Support to deliver a cohesive customer experience for government organizations with the most stringent security requirements.

Your understanding of how large organizations leverage cloud, security, and SaaS technologies will allow you to empathize with customer personas and drive effective conversations with customer personas at all levels.
B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles supporting cloud or cloud-security products (such as Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, or Solutions Engineer).
4+ years of experience working in or supporting State, Local, or Education (SLED) organizations.
Experience delivering cloud solutions across at least one major CSP (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI), and direct experience with their government-specific offerings (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, and GCP Assured Workloads).
Practical experience navigating the Government authorization processes such as FedRAMP or GovRAMP and guiding customers through rigorous security and hardening requirements (such as NIST 800-53 and NIST 800-171).
Practical experience deploying and operationalizing containerization technologies (such as Docker or Kubernetes) and addressing corresponding security considerations.
Practical experience deploying and operationalizing DevOps technologies (such as CI/CD, Version Control Systems, or Infrastructure as Code) and managing their security implications.
