We're seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our Process Cleaning Solutions team, supporting some of Victoria's largest dairy and food manufacturing customers, based in Northern Victoria.
This role offers the opportunity to partner with major producers, solve technical challenges and drive commercial growth across a well-established customer portfolio.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in dairy, food, beverage or industrial chemicals who enjoys being customer-facing and wants to build long-term relationships while identifying opportunities for growth.
This role can be based anywhere in Victoria, with Melbourne and South East Victoria locations particularly well suited.
Regular customer travel forms part of the role.

You'll be responsible for managing customer relationships, supporting technical service delivery and identifying opportunities to grow revenue and profitability.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with customers to understand their operations, troubleshoot challenges and deliver solutions that create long-term value.
You'll also help drive business growth through new product opportunities, customer engagement and lead generation across existing and prospective accounts.
