About the Job
Help customers successfully adopt Google Cloud products and services.
Lead the technical facets of customer transformation journeys and manage delivery of Cloud Consulting engagements.
Engage enterprise leadership and cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role supporting technical implementations or transformation programs.
- Experience in cloud operations, cloud technical support, cloud escalation management, or cloud consulting.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or master's degree in a management, technical, or engineering field.
- Experience translating business requirements into technological solutions and migrating applications or workloads to public cloud providers.
- Experience collaborating with internal teams, partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers.
- Understanding of IT operations, databases, networking, IT security, application development, service architecture, cloud-native development, hosted services, storage, or content delivery networks.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, problem-solving, and client-management skills.
