Company Description

  • Kurmi is an international technology company that develops software solutions that automate provisioning and management of users on Unified Communications (UC), collaboration and contact center systems.
  • Our centralized software (SaaS) platform named Flow allows enterprises to manage large user populations on UC systems with required governance.

Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Revenue team throughout the entire sales cycle for any technical matters.
  • Creating technical presentations and showcasing how products meet client needs.
  • Conducting proof of concept (POC) to demonstrate software benefits to customers.
  • Preparing and managing responses to tenders (bid management).
  • Offering pre sales technical support and product education.
  • Developing integrator/channel partners and providing technical training.
  • Helping establish and maintain technical relationships with customers.
  • Assisting marketing and sales by attending trade shows and conferences.
  • Collaborating with product teams to continuously enhance the software.
  • Supporting Post Sales by offering ongoing technical support and guidance.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Strong business & presales experience i.e. Unified Communication, Collaboration, conferencing & UCaaS.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Unified Collaborations industry.
  • Minimum 3 years in a technical presales organization.
  • Engineering in Computer Sciences, Software or equivalent relevant experience.

Competencies & Softskills

  • Handle technical and customer relationships.
  • Languages required: Arabic, English.
  • Good knowledge of traditional voice communications systems and applications.
  • Ability to present topics clearly to many levels of technical skill sets.
  • Thrive in a fast paced business environment with customer interaction and deadlines.
  • Strong Technical Proficiency with Cisco UC (UCM, WebEx) or Microsoft UC (O365, MS Teams), Linux OS, Networks/Telecom.
  • Ability to discuss Business Objectives, timelines and ROI with customers.
  • Ability to deploy proof of concept from end to end.
  • Good knowledge of the UC ecosystems and UC&C partners’ market.
  • Independent, Proactive, Curious, Customer and Solution focused, Very Organized.

Others

  • Ability and willingness to travel around 30% of time.
  • Full time position.
