About the Role
Kurmi Software seeks a Technical Account Manager (Presales Engineer) to support the EMEA Revenue team. You will create technical presentations, conduct proof of concepts, and manage bid responses for Unified Communications solutions.

- Support the Revenue team throughout the entire sales cycle for any technical matters
- Create technical presentations and showcase how products meet client needs
- Conduct proof of concept (POC) to demonstrate software benefits to customers
- Prepare and manage responses to tenders (bid management)
- Offer pre sales technical support and product education
- Develop integrator/channel partners and provide technical training
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Unified Collaborations industry
- Minimum 3 years in a technical presales organization
- Languages required: Arabic, English
- Strong Technical Proficiency with Cisco UC (UCM, WebEx) or Microsoft UC (O365, MS Teams), Linux OS, Networks/Telecom
- Ability and willingness to travel around 30% of time

Job Description and Responsibilities
- Supporting the Revenue team throughout the entire sales cycle for any technical matters.
- Creating technical presentations and showcasing how products meet client needs.
- Conducting proof of concept (POC) to demonstrate software benefits to customers.
- Preparing and managing responses to tenders (bid management).
- Offering pre sales technical support and product education.
- Developing integrator/channel partners and providing technical training.
- Helping establish and maintain technical relationships with customers.
- Assisting marketing and sales by attending trade shows and conferences.
- Collaborating with product teams to continuously enhance the software.
- Supporting Post Sales by offering ongoing technical support and guidance.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Strong business & presales experience i.e. Unified Communication, Collaboration, conferencing & UCaaS.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Unified Collaborations industry.
- Minimum 3 years in a technical presales organization.
- Engineering in Computer Sciences, Software or equivalent relevant experience.
Competencies & Softskills
- Handle technical and customer relationships.
- Languages required: Arabic, English.
- Good knowledge of traditional voice communications systems and applications.
- Ability to present topics clearly to many levels of technical skill sets.
- Thrive in a fast paced business environment with customer interaction and deadlines.
- Strong Technical Proficiency with Cisco UC (UCM, WebEx) or Microsoft UC (O365, MS Teams), Linux OS, Networks/Telecom.
- Ability to discuss Business Objectives, timelines and ROI with customers.
- Ability to deploy proof of concept from end to end.
- Good knowledge of the UC ecosystems and UC&C partners’ market.
- Independent, Proactive, Curious, Customer and Solution focused, Very Organized.
