Role overview
FirstHive is hiring a Technical Account Manager to drive customer success, deliver technical solutions, and identify account growth opportunities.

The position is based in Mumbai and is full-time according to the source employment fact.
Schedule
- Working hours are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
- The stated work location is in person.
What you will do
- Gather requirements with clients and internal teams and design technical solutions.
- Manage client deliverables, integrations, testing, and deployments.
- Create BRDs, FSDs, user stories, solution documents, data maps, API formats, and test scenarios.
- Conduct client demonstrations and business reviews.
- Monitor account health, manage risks and escalations, and drive customer adoption.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities in collaboration with Sales.
What we are looking for
- BE or B.Tech in IT or Computer Science, BCA, or MCA is required.
