Role overview
Tech Projects Implementation Manager supporting technology workstreams across BaxterStorey mobilisation, refurbishment, and transformation projects.
The role is hands-on and operates across Operations, IT, suppliers, contractors, and client stakeholders.
The position covers London and the South and supports technology delivery from early project stages through go-live and handover.
What you will do
- Lead delivery and physical implementation of technology workstreams across projects.
- Act as technology lead for sales bids and integrate solutions into mobilisation and implementation plans.
- Conduct technology audits and site assessments covering infrastructure, power, data, equipment locations, and user needs.
- Develop technology scopes, technical briefs, implementation plans, risk registers, and handover documentation.
- Coordinate EPOS, digital ordering, payment, screens, kiosks, and other hospitality technology implementations.
- Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and client stakeholders.
- Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, milestones, and go-live dates.
- Coordinate installations, testing, commissioning, snagging, training, handover, and operational readiness.
- Build technology champions and super-user networks to support adoption.
