Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Windows Administrator with strong PowerShell scripting and automation expertise to manage and support enterprise Windows server infrastructure. The role will focus on system administration, automation, incident resolution, server lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and platform stability.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support Windows Server environments across production, test, and development platforms.

Support server provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and decommissioning activities.

Develop, maintain, and optimize PowerShell scripts for automation of routine operational tasks.

Manage monthly vulnerability remediation, and security compliance initiatives.

Automate operational processes including server validation, service monitoring, disk management, compliance reporting, and patch deployment.

Collaborate with application teams during maintenance windows, deployments, upgrades, and incident investigations.

Support enterprise tools deployment such as SCCM/MECM, Tanium, and other monitoring and security agents.

Participate in on-call support and major incident response activities.

Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles.

Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort and operational risk.
