Key Responsibilities: -Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance web applications -Be a hands-on contributor, especially for complex features or critical fixes -Mentor and support software engineers in their growth and development -Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and designers to build impactful solutions -Enforce high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation -Architect full-stack solutions using Next.js and Node.js -Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries -Implement clean, responsive UI using Tailwind CSS -(Preferred) Integrate AI/ML features using Python -Stay current with modern development trends, AI technologies, and fintech innovations
