About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead – React + Node.js to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and system design, along with proven experience mentoring and guiding engineering teams.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and development of web applications using React.js and Node.js.
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance frontend and backend applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor a team of software engineers.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
- Define application architecture, technical standards, and development practices.
- Identify technical risks and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Business, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
