Tech Lead - Python Developer

Role overview

What you'll do

• Develop automation solutions from intake through development, debugging, testing, and production implementation.
• Maintain and debug more than 500 existing automation processes.
• Lead meetings with business collaborators to identify automation opportunities and guide successful implementations.
• Direct development using Python, Blue Prism, Power Automate, CoPilot Studio, and other platforms.
• Review automation code, mentor junior engineers, and provide constructive feedback.
• Improve automation performance, identify process improvements, incorporate AI/ML where applicable, and support proofs of concept.

What we're looking for

• High-level Python skills and proven Blue Prism automation experience.
• Experience using Power Automate and AI tools such as Gemini, CoPilot Studio, OpenAI, or Snowflake Cortex.
• Ability to handle multiple data sources, including ERP systems and legacy environments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, independent working, and adaptability skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automation development.
• Proficiency in Python, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Agentic Automation, and Microsoft Office.
• Preferred experience with R, SQL, Java, C++, C#, HTML, Selenium, CoPilot Studio, Snowflake, Power BI, IPA, Anaplan, D365, or Concur.
