WHO YOU ARE

Mandatory Requirements

• English Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in English, as you will collaborate with distributed global teams.
• Proven Engineering Leadership: Demonstrable experience directly managing and leading cross-functional software engineering teams in high-growth, product-driven environments.
• Full-Stack Technical Depth: Extensive hands-on experience and deep architectural understanding of modern full-stack ecosystems—specifically Kotlin (or Java), AWS, React, and TypeScript —with the ability to code, review PRs, and guide system design.
• AI-First Engineering Mindset: Active and mandatory integration of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) into your personal coding, review, and documentation workflows, with the ability to champion these practices across the team.
