JOB DESCRIPTION –
Confidential is seeking a highly capable Tech Lead to drive system enhancement, oversee development processes, and lead a cross-functional technical team to ensure efficient and scalable delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a technical team
Oversee system architecture, design, and scalability
Define technical roadmap aligned with business objectives
Review and approve code, ensuring best practices and quality standards
Implement and monitor DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and security practices
Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies
Ensure system performance, reliability, and data security
Conduct sprint reviews, stand-ups, and technical discussions
Coordinate closely with stakeholders and management
Mentor and guide team members to improve performance and output
Ensure timely delivery of all technical milestones
Technical Requirements
Strong hands-on experience in Azure Cloud Services
Proven expertise in Flutter development
Solid background in DevOps (CI/CD, security, deployments)
Experience with system architecture and scalable applications
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and database management
