As the Business Operations Manager at Optimus, you will be a pivotal part of the team, ensuring seamless operations and supporting the company’s rapid growth.

You will manage essential administrative processes that drive efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve profitability.

Working closely with leadership, you will provide guidance and insights to streamline operations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

• Design and architect scalable, reliable, and secure Microsoft Fabric solutions, focusing on data integration, data engineering, and advanced analytics.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Fabric, including data pipelines, data governance, and self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and enforce best practices for managing and optimizing data storage, transformation, and reporting within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem.
• Ensure seamless integration of Microsoft Fabric with existing cloud and on-premises data systems (Azure, SQL Server, Power BI, etc.).
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team on Microsoft Fabric tools and features.
• Manage the lifecycle of data assets from ingestion to reporting, ensuring compliance with data governance and security requirements. Stay updated on Microsoft Fabric updates, new features, and emerging trends, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
