Tech Lead - Application Development JAVA N 4C

1) The position is responsible for leading software testing initiatives, ensuring high product quality, and developing robust test automation solutions for Web, API, Database, and AWS-based applications.

The role combines hands-on testing with quality strategy and leadership responsibilities.

Strong Automation QA Engineer with expertise in Selenium, Java/Python, AWS, API testing, and framework development, ideally with banking/compliance domain exposure.

• Lead a team of Java developers in the design and development of software applications;

• Provide technical guidance and expertise in Java development best practices;

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;

• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to coding standards;

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions;

• Analyze and optimize application performance and scalability;

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and trends to drive innovation and efficiency.
