Role Overview
Lead the technical design, delivery, and operationalization of autonomous AI systems across enterprise workflows.
Help build the foundational Agentic AI platform with safe, scalable, and business-aligned solutions.
The contract runs until the end of the year and is extendable.
Technical Leadership
- Own agentic AI solutions from proof of concept through minimum viable product and production.
- Define engineering standards for agent workflows, orchestration logic, and integrations.
- Design agent planning, reasoning loops, tool integrations, action execution, memory, context, and retrieval patterns.
- Implement guardrails, escalation policies, and human-in-the-loop flows.
Architecture and Quality
- Align autonomy boundaries, decision thresholds, security, privacy, compliance, observability, logging, and auditability with architects and product leaders.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise SDLC and reliability standards.
- Review and unblock performance, failure mode, and agent drift issues.
