Technical Leadership and Architecture
- Own system design, architecture, and technology choices for scalable and resilient platforms.
- Drive microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native patterns.
- Ensure performance, security, and compliance requirements are met.
AI-Led Development
- Embed AI-led development workflows, AI copilots, and automation in the software development lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for AI and machine learning in product features and engineering processes.
Team Guidance
- Mentor backend, frontend, and full-stack engineers.
- Review code, designs, and solutions for scalability, performance, and security.
- Promote DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and continuous improvement practices.
