Requirements
- Strong team leadership and supervision skills, with experience managing technical field teams or installation crews
- Project management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking for multiple concurrent projects
- Technical understanding of smart home systems and IoT devices
- Customer facing skills, including clear communication, requirements gathering, expectation management, and issue resolution
- Organizational and problem solving skills
- Experience working on site in residential or commercial installation environments
- Proficiency with basic digital tools for project documentation, reporting, and communication
- Relevant technical or engineering diploma/degree, or equivalent experience in smart home, low current systems, or related fields
- Previous experience in the UAE market or similar regional context is an advantage
- A valid UAE Driving License

Role Description
- The Team Supervisor – Project Manager for Smart Home Technicians is a full time, on site role based in United Arab Emirates.
- This role oversees a team of smart home technicians, plans and manages installation projects, and ensures that all smart home systems are delivered on time and to agreed quality standards.
- Day to day responsibilities include coordinating technician schedules, assigning tasks, monitoring site progress, and resolving technical or operational issues that arise during installation.
- The role also involves liaising with clients to understand requirements, providing regular project updates, and ensuring that system configurations meet customer needs and company specifications.
- The Team Supervisor – Project Manager is expected to maintain safety and compliance standards, support continuous improvement in technical workflows, and contribute to training and development of the technician team.
Qualifications

- Experience working on site in residential or commercial installation environments, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools for project documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Relevant technical or engineering diploma/degree, or equivalent experience in smart home, low current systems, or related fields.
- Previous experience in the UAE market or similar regional context is an advantage.
