Responsibilities
- Strategic Talent Acquisition • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand workforce needs and develop proactive hiring strategies. • Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, ensuring quality and timely hiring. • Analyze talent market trends and provide insights to improve sourcing strategies. • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness in the talent market. Recruitment Operations & Process Excellence • Oversee job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and other sourcing partners. • Implement and optimize ATS and recruitment tools for efficiency and data accuracy. • Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.) to leadership. Compliance & Documentation • Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations in all hiring practices. • Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation for all recruitment and onboarding activities. • Support internal and external audits related to hiring processes. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement • Mentor and guide junior recruiters and support staff. • Act as a point of contact for business leaders on all talent acquisition matters. • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Admin, IT, and Finance for smooth hiring and onboarding.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a mid-to- large scale organization Education Qualification • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
