WE ARE HIRING – Supervisor / Team Leader (Home Business Division)
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **Supervisor / Team Leader** to join our **Home Business Division**.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail, preferably in furniture, or home center operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage daily operations
- Good knowledge of inventory control and merchandising
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Computer literacy and reporting skills
- Proven experience in retail operations, preferably within **home appliances, furniture,** or **home center environments,** with strong knowledge of **showroom management,** customer service excellence, **sales performance, merchandising**, inventory coordination, and team supervision.
- Ability to handle daily store operations, achieve sales targets, manage staff effectively, and ensure a high-quality customer shopping experience.

- Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
