Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the reception team
- Coordinate and organize patient appointments in alignment with doctors' and nursing schedules
- Deliver a premium patient experience from first contact to treatment completion
- Present aesthetic treatments, packages, and promotions professionally
- Convert inquiries into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets
- Follow up with patients before and after treatments
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries professionally
- Resolve patient concerns while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Train, coach, and monitor reception staff performance
- Prepare operational and sales reports
- Work closely with doctors, nursing, and management to ensure smooth clinic operations
Requirements
- Arabic nationality/native Arabic speaker
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an aesthetic medical center or cosmetic clinic
- Previous experience as a Patient Coordinator with strong sales performance
- Experience leading or supervising a reception team
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in clinic management and appointment systems
- Target driven and able to work under pressure

Overview
- The Skin Lab Medical Center is hiring a Team Leader – Reception | Patient Coordinator | Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the reception team.
- Coordinate and organize patient appointments in alignment with doctors’ schedules and nursing schedules, in close collaboration with the Head Nurse, to ensure smooth clinic operations and minimize waiting times.
- Deliver a premium patient experience from the first contact until the completion of treatment.
- Present aesthetic treatments, packages, and promotions professionally.
- Convert inquiries into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with patients before and after their treatments.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries professionally.
