Responsibilities
- Recruit and mentor a team of real estate agents
- Monitor KPIs, pipeline activity, and conversion rates across the team
- Support agents in closing key deals
- Qualify leads and use company CRM effectively
- Oversee transaction processes, ensuring documentation and compliance
- Contribute to personal billing and maintain strong market presence
- Stay updated on market trends, legislation, and best practices
- Identify and implement marketing and business development strategies
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations
Requirements
- Proven billing / leadership background
- Ability to recruit and mentor a team
- Currently managing at least 2 3 agents
- Strong off plan and secondary market experience
- Ability to monitor KPIs, pipeline activity, and conversion rates across the team

Compensation
- This is a commission based role
