Requirements
- Proven experience in a mortgage or financial services leadership role (Team Leader, Sales Manager, etc.)
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets through team leadership
- Deep understanding of the UAE mortgage market and banking practices (preferred)
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem solving skills

- Responsible for driving monthly and quarterly loan disbursal targets while maintaining high standards of governance, customer experience, and operational efficiency
- Hands on leadership role requiring strong mortgage sales expertise, coaching capability, and effective collaboration

- Team leadership, coaching, and performance management (IDPs, onboarding, ramp up)
- Delivery of monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Hands on enablement across CRM, mortgage processes, and industry best practices
- Customer experience management, including escalations and complex cases
- Compliance with internal governance and banking regulations
- Cross functional collaboration to improve efficiency and service delivery
- Contribution to hiring, scaling, and strategic growth initiatives
