Role overview
Carluccio’s is seeking a Team Leader to guide its restaurant team and support successful daily service.
The role combines team leadership, restaurant operations, customer service and sales support.
The position is based at Carluccio’s in Manchester Piccadilly.
Core responsibilities
- Lead by example and maintain excellent service standards.
- Motivate, support and develop team members through guidance and training.
- Oversee opening, closing, staff management and the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
- Resolve service issues calmly and protect the guest experience.
- Support front-of-house service, answer customer queries and maintain a welcoming dining area.
- Help increase sales through team management and upselling.
Skills
- Leadership is required for the role.
- Fast-paced experience is identified as a relevant skill.
- Customer service and shift management are central to the position.
