Team Leader Joint Venture Strategic Operations

Monitor joint venture spend, contract adherence, and product utilization trends.

Compile, prepare, and submit standardized monthly case reports to Finance to support accurate financial reporting and operational review.

Deliver data-driven recommendations related to standardization, consolidation, and contract strategies.

Anticipate future supply and logistical needs through demand forecasting and utilization analysis.

Partner with service line leadership and Finance to establish benchmarks and operational goals.

Identify revenue optimization opportunities and assist with service pricing strategies.

Monitor high-cost procedures and productivity systems.

Support billing and coding compliance and internal audit reviews.

Lead regular cost review meetings with each Joint Venture to review financial performance, utilization, and cost-saving opportunities.

Supervise neurosurgical, vascular, neurovascular and orthopedic inventory business practices.

Monitor supply budgets, consignment programs, and purchased services.

Maintain vendor contract files including pricing and term tracking.

Forecast par levels based on utilization trends.

Develop and maintain inventory control systems.

Account for surplus, damaged supplies, and returns.

Review physician equipment and supply requests in collaboration with leadership.
