Responsibilities
- Lead a team that distributes personal loans and related financial solutions
- Set sales targets, coach team members, monitor performance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
- Collaborate with banking partners
- Analyze customer needs and support design of tailored personal finance solutions
- Prepare regular reports and contribute to process improvements
- Maintain strong client relationships to support sustainable portfolio growth
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of personal finance products, including credit cards, personal loans, and mortgages
- Demonstrated team leadership experience, including target setting, performance management, coaching, and mentoring in a sales or financial services environment
- Proficiency in client relationship management, consultative selling, and needs based financial advisory
- Solid analytical and reporting skills, including comfort with KPIs, pipeline management, and basic financial analysis
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
- Experience in the UAE or broader Middle East financial services market is highly beneficial
- Ability to work on site, manage a dynamic workload, and adapt to a fast paced, target driven environment
