- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Business Setup Advisors to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Provide guidance and support on Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation processes
- Monitor team performance, conduct coaching sessions, and implement improvement plans
- Handle complex client inquiries and provide expert consultation on business setup solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and relevant authorities
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with UAE regulations and licensing requirements
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management
- Assist in developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities
- Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in a Team Leader, Sales Team Leader, or Business Setup Team Leader role within the UAE business setup industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation procedures
- Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, and driving the performance of a sales or business setup team
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management abilities
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage

About the Role
- Manhattan Management Consultancy is seeking an experienced and results driven Team Leader – Business Setup Advisor to lead our business setup team.
