Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth shift management
Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline
Ensure safety standards and operational procedures are followed
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
Support management in achieving business targets
Requirements
Proven experience as Team Leader / Supervisor
Background in entertainment, retail, or hospitality preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Currently based in UAE
