Job Description
Shamshiry Restaurant LLC , Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in a fast-paced restaurant environment and possess the ability to manage and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service and efficiency.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth workflow.
- Train and mentor team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about menu items and service protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure stock availability.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts
- Collaborate with team to achieve financial targets and improve operational performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or In-Charge in a fast-paced restaurant.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic ; additional languages are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,700.00 per month
