Job Summary
Lead, coach, and manage a team of Mortgage Advisors in the UAE mortgage market.
Achieve individual and team sales targets, improve conversion, develop team members, manage client and channel relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate Mortgage Advisors to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor KPIs, conversions, applications, approvals, and disbursements.
- Coach team members, provide feedback, and support complex mortgage cases.
- Develop business through real estate agencies, developers, builders, sub-brokers, corporate partnerships, and referral networks.
- Maintain relationships with banks, lenders, brokers, developers, and other channel partners.
- Guide advisors on customer requirements and suitable mortgage solutions.
- Track the full sales cycle from lead generation through disbursement.
- Review pipeline and performance, improve conversion, maintain CRM records, and implement sales strategies.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in UAE mortgage, banking, financial services, or related sales.
- Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage products, home loans, lending processes, and banking products.
- Proven sales-target achievement and strong relationship-management and business-development skills.
