Responsibilities
- Write, review, and maintain clean, performant, and secure Python and Django production code.
- Lead sprint ceremonies, including planning, grooming, and daily standups, for the engineering pod.
- Mentor developers through code reviews, technical design sessions, and ongoing coaching.
