Team Lead, Software Development, Altitude

Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree specialization in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field .

4+ years experience as a Software Developer using object-oriented programming to build scalable applications .

Leadership experience in a team-oriented workplace, including success with coaching, development, and performance management of direct reports .

Experience managing or providing direction to a UX designer or design function, including reviewing prototypes and giving meaningful design feedback .

Technical proficiency with Google BigQuery, cloud-native data pipelines (GCP preferred), Docker, Kubernetes, and messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) .

Hands-on experience across full-stack technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js, Storybook, Node.js, Go, Python) and distributed source control tools (Git) .

Proven experience leveraging AI to write code, optimize workflows, and streamline development processes .

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with high accuracy and meticulous attention to detail .

The annual base salary for this position is the expected annual salary for this role, and may be subject to change.
