- Oversee the management and organization of the clinic's store, maintaining accurate inventory levels
- Monitor purchasing budgets and provide regular reporting to management
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies regarding procurement and inventory
- Implement best practices for store management and material handling to support operational efficiency
- Train and guide junior staff involved in purchasing and stock management
Requirements
- Proven experience heading and managing the purchase and store operations of a dental clinic or similar healthcare facility
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities
- Comprehensive understanding of dental clinic materials, instruments, and consumable supplies
- Solid knowledge of inventory management systems and processes
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite, fast paced setting in Dubai
- Attention to detail and high level of organizational skills
- Academic background in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (nice to have)
- Previous experience in dental clinics in the UAE (nice to have)
- Familiarity with UAE healthcare procurement regulations (nice to have)
- Knowledge of ERP or specialized inventory software (nice to have)
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (nice to have)

Role Overview
- We are seeking a proactive and experienced professional to fill the role of Team Lead Purchase within our dental clinic operations.
- As part of our team in Dubai, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, taking a central role in overseeing the purchasing function and managing inventory and store processes to ensure seamless clinical operations.
