Team Lead

• Experience in using Claude across all areas of development lifecycle - Development, testing, code review (Claude experience is must)
• Experience in leveraging how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI powered tools,

automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights.

• Experience evaluating AI-generated code for correctness, security, maintainability, and compliance with engineering standards.
• 7 - 10 years of development experience as a Backend Engineer.
• Expertise in Java 11+ which includes strong understanding of multithreading, memory management
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Expertise in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, microservices architecture, cloud native deployment
• Good knowledge of databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, MySQL, Oracle or any Cloud DB)
• Experience of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka/ Amazon Sqs/ JMS)
• Exposure to Authentication, Authorization using JWT or OAUTH.
• Should have experience in ORM tools preferably Hibernate / JPA
• Experience building systems on AWS or another major cloud platform.
• Experience with observability tooling, distributed tracing, metrics, logging, and production incident response.
• Familiarity with secure software development practices and API security.
• Experience mentoring engineers and raising engineering quality through technical leadership
