Team Lead-Dotnet Developer 6+ years as a Dotnet Developer 2+ years in Technical Leadership Role Vizag - Onsite Role Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of experience in software development with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
Strong experience in one or more backend or full-stack technologies (Node.js, .NET, Java, etc.).
Solid understanding of modern software architecture and cloud-based product systems.
Experience
with Agile/Scrum delivery models and sprint governance.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Soft Skills Strong ownership mindset with a results-driven approach.
Ability to lead in high-pressure, fast-paced product environments.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
