About the Role
Al Ittihad Sports Club is seeking a dedicated Team Equipment Coordinator to support the First Team's daily football operations. The role involves managing team equipment, training apparel, matchday preparation, inventory control, and logistics for training sessions, matches, and training camps.

Responsibilities
- Prepare all training and match equipment before every session and fixture
- Set up and organize dressing rooms for training and matches
- Prepare and distribute training apparel to players and technical staff
- Collect, wash, dry, fold, and organize all training apparel after each training session
- Prepare matchday kits and equipment for home and away fixtures
- Collect match apparel after matches and hand it over to the Team Supervisor
- Maintain footballs, cones, bibs, goals, GPS equipment, and all other training equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report damaged or missing equipment
- Pack and transport equipment for away matches and training camps
- Keep the kit room and equipment storage areas clean, organized, and secure
- Travel with the First Team when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in football, sports operations, logistics, or equipment coordination is preferred
- Passion for football and working in a professional sports environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Physically fit and able to handle sports equipment
- Reliable, responsible, and detail oriented
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and travel with the team when required

About the Role
- Al Ittihad Sports Club is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Team Equipment Coordinator to support the First Team’s daily football operations.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing team equipment, training apparel, matchday preparation, inventory control, and equipment logistics for training sessions, matches, and training camps.
- This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to supporting a professional football environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare all training and match equipment before every session and fixture.
- Set up and organize dressing rooms for training and matches.
