Lead store operations across both on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience. As a Team Captain of Operations , you will coach your team to deliver strong execution across merchandising, pricing, and signage on the sales floor, while also supporting inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom processes behind the scenes. You will manage priorities and guide your team to deliver operational excellence that directly impacts the athlete experience through accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.
