Role Overview
The Team Assistant provides proactive administrative and operational support to the Head of Design and wider team.
The role helps maintain an efficient, organised and positive office and showroom environment.
Finance Responsibilities
- Liaise with Finance and Legal to onboard suppliers, complete documentation and secure approvals.
- Raise purchase orders, manage supplier payments and resolve invoice or payment queries.
- Produce budget reports, monitor projected annual spend and maintain financial records.
- Manage expenses and weekly receipt logging for five corporate credit cards on Navan.
Samples Responsibilities
- Purchase and manage product samples from ordering through receipt, storage, digital logging and inventory tracking.
- Maintain accurate and accessible sample records across the office and showroom.
- Coordinate monthly Fitness Friday activities, including wearer trials, participants and product styles.
Administration Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and take minutes at Critical Path meetings, including action follow-ups.
