Role Overview

  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our C level Executives.
  • This is a key role for a professional who thrives in a fast paced international business environment and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage meeting logistics.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, and detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain business documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Manage records, filing systems, and administrative documentation.
  • Process expense reports and assist with budget tracking and financial administration.
  • Handle general administrative and operational tasks.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely follow up on action items, deadlines, and key business priorities.
