Savills has an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Brisbane CBD office supporting high performing sales and agency teams. The Team Administrator will play a vital role providing broad support across administration, finance, database upkeep, marketing preparation and coordination of property listings. As the central point for administrative support, you’ll ensure the teams stay organised, meet deadlines, and deliver a high level of service to clients. You are an essential contributor to the team’s overall success.
Preparing, formatting, and compiling marketing collateral
Creating and updating online listings, preparing marketing collateral, and supporting campaign activities
Coordinating meetings, travel and client events as required
Calendar and diary management for the team
Processing invoices, travel expenses and job cost tracking for submissions
Maintaining accurate records, update internal databases and support team reporting requirements.
Creating and updating online listings on both Savills and external websites
Previous experience in an administration or marketing roles
Adobe InDesign and Canva experience preferred
Property industry experience is highly regarded
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
