Role Overview
- Universal Martial Arts Academy is looking for enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants for our Summer Splash 2026 program
- The Teaching Assistant will help manage students, support instructors during sessions, assist with activities, and ensure a safe and engaging environment
Key Responsibilities
- Assist instructors during training sessions and group activities
- Help organize and guide children through daily schedules
- Support art, craft, dance, and creative sessions
- Ensure safety and discipline within the premises
- Assist during break times and transitions between activities
- Help with basic administrative or coordination tasks when needed
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge in art and craft, dance, or martial arts is an added advantage
- Good communication and child handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, child focused environment
Eligibility
