Role Overview

Supervise children during transitions, playtime, and outings.
Help maintain a safe, tidy, and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with educators to track student progress, provide feedback, and support communication with families.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Teaching Assistant role based in Dubai.
Support classroom teachers in delivering EYFS-aligned lessons and organizing classroom activities.
Work directly with children in small groups or one-on-one and assist with behaviour management.

Qualifications
- CACHE Level 2 qualification or equivalent in Early Years Education or Childcare is required.
- Minimum two years of experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and early years learning frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and colleagues.
