Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Teaching Assistant position based in Dubai.
The Teaching Assistant will work closely with lead teachers to support classroom activities, assist in lesson implementation, and provide individual guidance to children as needed.
Responsibilities include creating a positive learning environment, maintaining a safe and organized classroom, aiding in the development of educational materials, and supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
The role also involves nurturing students' social, emotional, and academic growth in collaboration with the broader educational team.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Assistant Teaching and Working With Children
- Proficiency in Communication and the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Basic understanding of Education principles and a foundational grasp of Mathematics
- Passionate about early childhood education and committed to fostering a safe and supportive learning environment
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a culturally diverse environment
- Relevant experience in teaching or assisting roles is a plus
- Possession of a degree or certification in Early Childhood Education/Education or a related area is advantageous
