Role Focus
The role focuses on teacher training and faculty development in coding, robotics, AI, electronics, and STEM.
The trainer will provide academic and technical support and help improve training methodologies, curriculum, and learning resources.
Training and Development
- Conduct teacher training and faculty development programs.
- Deliver hands-on workshops using robotics kits, sensors, microcontrollers, programming, and STEM activities.
- Mentor teachers and provide continuous academic and technical support.
- Evaluate teacher performance through assessments, demo sessions, and classroom observations.
- Identify skill gaps and provide constructive feedback and improvement plans.
- Develop training materials, lesson plans, activity guides, presentations, and practical projects.
Academic Implementation
- Support curriculum implementation and classroom delivery.
- Design AI, coding, robotics, and project-based learning activities.
- Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure learning and training effectiveness.
- Review Monthly Progress Reports and monitor academic quality.
- Guide teachers preparing students for robotics exhibitions, competitions, and STEM events.
- Conduct faculty orientations, demo lectures, workshops, and refresher training sessions.
