• ***Position Overview:***
• We are seeking dedicated and experienced **Teacher Trainers** with expertise in **K-12 English Language Arts (ELA), Mathematics, or Science**.
• The successful candidates will play a crucial role in enhancing the knowledge and teaching effectiveness of educators utilizing our educational materials and solutions.
• You will develop and deliver interactive, comprehensive training sessions that empower educators to effectively implement our programs in their classrooms.
• This role requires deep subject-matter expertise, extensive knowledge of relevant curriculum standards, and proficiency in leveraging digital educational tools.
• ***Key Responsibilities:***
• Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars for K-12 teachers, delivered both online and onsite.
• Develop, customize, and regularly update high-quality training materials, presentations, and resources to meet evolving educational needs and standards.
• Tailor training content to address specific needs related to product implementation, effective classroom management, and the development of educator soft skills.
• Revise and create new course materials to ensure alignment with training requirements, current educational standards, and best practices.
• Stay informed on the latest trends, research, and innovative practices in K-12 education (specifically within **ELA, Math, or Science**) to continuously enrich training programs.
• Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to promote our educational products and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with educators, school administrators, and key decision-makers.
• Represent the organization professionally at conferences, seminars, and related industry events, actively promoting our products and solutions.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on training effectiveness, progress, and participant feedback to management.
• ***Required Skills and Qualifications:***
• Proven teaching or training experience within **K-12 English Language Arts (ELA), Mathematics, or Science education.**
• Strong understanding of **relevant K-12 curriculum standards (e.g., Common Core State Standards - CCSS, Next Generation Science Standards - NGSS, national curricula, CEFR where applicable)** and related teaching methodologies.
• Demonstrable experience in conducting impactful teacher training workshops.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a relevant subject area (e.g., English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various educational technology tools.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities, with a capacity to engage diverse audiences.
• Flexibility to travel for onsite training sessions and adapt to short-notice requirements.
• High degree of empathy and patience in addressing the diverse challenges faced by educators.
• Cultural awareness and adaptability to work effectively in diverse educational settings.
• Resilience under pressure and a strong commitment to meeting performance targets.
• **Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is required.**
