- We are seeking dedicated and experienced Teacher Trainers with expertise in K 12 English Language Arts (ELA) or Mathematics.
- The successful candidates will play a crucial role in enhancing the knowledge and teaching effectiveness of educators utilizing our educational materials and solutions.
- This role requires deep subject matter expertise, extensive knowledge of relevant curriculum standards, and proficiency in leveraging digital educational tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars for K 12 teachers, delivered both online and onsite.
- Develop, customize, and regularly update high quality training materials, presentations, and resources to meet evolving educational needs and standards.
- Tailor training content to address specific needs related to product implementation, effective classroom management, and the development of educator soft skills.
- Revise and create new course materials to ensure alignment with training requirements, current educational standards, and best practices.
- Stay informed on the latest trends, research, and innovative practices in K 12 education (specifically within ELA or Math) to continuously enrich training programs.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to promote our educational products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with educators, school administrators, and key decision makers.
