Responsibilities
- Identify schools with strong potential for teacher and staff engagement
- Contact school principals, HR teams, and other decision makers to introduce Univer and its programmes
- Secure approval to communicate programme opportunities to teachers and school employees
- Arrange School Camp visits for representatives to meet interested teachers
- Coordinate dates, venues, and promotional requirements with each school
- Engage teachers through telephone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, events, and digital campaigns
- Understand prospective students' interests, preferred subject, qualification level, budget, and timeline
- Follow up consistently with interested teachers and schedule qualified prospects for consultations
- Research school websites and public sources to identify relevant contacts
- Build and update a structured database of schools and contacts
- Help plan and run targeted campaigns for teachers
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare weekly updates
Requirements
- Holds or is completing a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, communications, or related field
- Confident contacting schools and starting conversations with new people
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Can communicate professionally in English; Arabic is highly desirable
- Comfortable using telephone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, spreadsheets, and online research tools
- Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Demonstrates initiative, persistence, and genuine interest in achieving measurable results
- Can work independently while coordinating effectively with a wider team
- Comfortable visiting schools and attending meetings or information sessions

About the Role
- Univer is looking for an ambitious Teacher Recruitment & School Outreach Intern to help connect teachers and education professionals with flexible online master’s and doctorate programmes offered in collaboration with upGrad.
- This is a hands on outreach and recruitment role involving research, relationship building, and campaign support.
Key Responsibilities
- School Outreach and Relationship Development: Identify schools, contact decision makers, introduce programmes, secure approval, and maintain relationships.
- School Camp Visits: Arrange visits, coordinate dates and venues, support presentations, and record participant details.
- Teacher Lead Generation and Follow Up: Engage teachers through various channels, understand their interests, share programme information, and follow up consistently.
- Research and Database Development: Research school websites and public sources to identify contacts, build and update a structured database.
- Campaign Support: Help plan and run targeted campaigns, prepare outreach messages, track responses, and test different approaches.
- Reporting and Coordination: Maintain accurate records in CRM, prepare weekly updates, and coordinate with Univer and upGrad representatives.
Candidate Profile
