Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons and activities in line with the EYFS curriculum
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for FS1 children
- Observe, assess, and track each child's progress and development
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about their child's progress
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other early years staff
- Support children's social, emotional, and behavioural development
- Maintain accurate records in line with nursery and regulatory requirements
- Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children at all times
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and parent events as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field
- Teaching qualification/certification
- Previous experience teaching FS1/Foundation Stage or similar early years age group preferred
- Strong understanding of EYFS framework and early childhood development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Emirates ID / eligibility to work in UAE
- Up to date safeguarding/child protection training (or willingness to complete)
- Current First Aid/CPR certification preferred

About the Role
- We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Foundation Stage 1 (FS1) Teacher to join our team.
- You will be responsible for planning and delivering high quality early years education, creating a stimulating classroom environment, and supporting the social, emotional, and academic development of children in your care.
