About the Role
Little Sprouts Early Learning Center seeks a passionate Early Years Teacher to deliver EYFS curriculum, create a nurturing classroom environment, and support children's development.

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare learning materials and classroom displays.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Promote children's well being, independence, and confidence.
- Ensure the health, safety, and safeguarding of all children at all times.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent qualification)
- Previous experience teaching in a nursery or early years setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and British Curriculum
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, caring, enthusiastic, and committed to early childhood education
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
