- Organise and host webinars, workshops, and community events.
- Collect product feedback, feature requests, and classroom insights from teachers.
- Identify common challenges and communicate them to the product team.
- Share best practices, assessment tips, and success stories within the community.
- Recruit and support teacher ambassadors and early adopters.
- Help create educational content, community discussions, and newsletters.
- Represent the voice of teachers in internal product discussions.

About the Role

- Is proactive, empathetic, and highly organised.
- Is passionate about improving education through technology.
Nice to have
- Experience managing online communities or social groups.
- Familiarity with educational technology platforms.
- Experience creating webinars, workshops, or educational content.
